The Chapel Hill Press is open by appointment only. If you would like to discuss a publishing project with our staff, please complete the form on the “Ready to Publish” page of this site and forward a digital copy of your manuscript to publisher@chapelhillpress.com. We will confirm receipt, request clarification if anything is unclear, and develop a publishing proposal for your consideration. This process generally takes up to two weeks. Once you have received and reviewed our proposal, we will be happy to schedule a meeting is you prefer a face-to-face discussion of your project.

To ensure that the appropriate staff members are available for your consultation, we ask that you schedule any appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

Directions From Raleigh and Points East:
Take I-40 West to Exit 270 (15-501). Turn left at the light at the top of the ramp onto 15-501. Our offices are 1.6 miles from this point.
Continue on 15-501 for 7 traffic lights. (The first light is at the eastbound ramp off I-40.) After the 7th light (Erwin Road), continue another 0.1 mile, then take the Franklin Street exit. Continue another 0.1 mile before turning right onto Dobbins Drive, the service road that runs parallel to Franklin Street. This is the Franklin Square office complex. Directions From Greensboro and Points West:
Take I-40 East to Exit #270 (Chapel Hill). Turn right at the light at the top of the ramp. Our offices are 1.6 miles from this point.

Take East Franklin Street toward Durham. Just beyond Eastgate Shopping Center, where Franklin Street merges with Fordham Boulevard (15-501), get in the left lane and make a u-turn just after the traffic light at Europa Drive (the Sheraton is on the right) . Go straight at the next traffic light (Erwin Road), continue another 0.1 mile, then take the Franklin Street exit. Continue another 0.1 mile before turning right onto Dobbins Drive, the service road that runs parallel to Franklin Street. This is the Franklin Square office complex. Take 15-501 North until it merges with NC 54. After the NC 54 exit, remain on 15-501 (Fordham Blvd.) through 6 traffic lights. Get into the left lane and make a U-turn after the sixth traffic light (Europa Drive). Go straight at the next traffic light (Erwin  Road), continue another 0.1 mile, then take the Franklin Street exit.
